The Capital Philharmonic Chorus
The Capital Philharmonic Chorus was born out of the Evergreen Concert Choir, which was primarily made up of ECC attendees. Seeking to expand its influence, coupled with a desire to spread their passion for live choral singing, they became a community chorus in 2009. Led by their passionate conductor, Seth Winterhalter, they hope to be a beacon of encouragement and inspiration through a unified vocal sound.
