Box Office Info
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the concert start time in order to park and find your seat before the concert begins. The main building is open an hour before concerts and the music hall doors open 30 minutes before each concert. If you are unexpectedly delayed, in consideration of our artists and patrons in the hall, late seating will take place during the first appropriate pause in the program, at the discretion of management. Certain programs are performed without intermission; therefore, no late seating can be offered at those concerts. For the convenience of latecomers, the performance in progress may be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby.
Concert Courtesy
As a courtesy to the musicians and your fellow patrons, please turn off all pagers, mobile phones, watch alarms, or other electronic devices prior to the concert, and refrain from talking, coughing, or unwrapping candy during the performance.
Evergreen Concert Series Box Office Hours
Monday – Thursday 9am to 4:30pm
On Friday or Saturday Concert days the Box Office will be open 1 hour before the performance.
Box Office will close 30 minutes after concert start time.
Please note: The Evergreen Concert Series Box Office is located at the Main Office of Evergreen Christian Community at 1000 Black Lake Blvd. SW on the West side of Olympia. Cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted. All ticket sales are final. No refunds can be made on ticket purchases. (You may return your tickets, for which a tax deduction receipt will be provided.) There is plenty of free parking on both sides of the main ECC building.
Children's Attendance Policy
We encourage all children to be active participants by attending concerts with their parents or guardians. If your child becomes a distraction please be courteous and exit to the main lobby immediately as to not disturb the performance. We are happy to offer childcare for children ages 5 and under at any time during the performance.
Ushers may ask parents whose children are noisy or uncomfortable to take them outside of the Concert Hall. If there is repeated disruption, we reserve the right to revoke admission and refund your ticket price, excluding service charges.
